Last week I waited a slot from SocialSpark on a certain campaigns. This morning I got an email telling me that I have a reservation from them which will be expired in 12 hours. So I hurriedly write about the task since it was already late when I open my email. Anyway, after writing for more than 200words on the said task I posted it and then submitted the post url to socialspark. But unfortunately it didn't get through because there's no choices on which blog I can submit the task. In short, I was wasting my time writing the task and their system did not accept it. I think there was something wrong on the task because I have noticed from several comments from fellow posties that they have experienced the same problem. I just hope that SS can see this problem.

We did not work last night so we went to bed early. I woke as early as 4:30am because I had a nightmare that scares me to death. I also woke up my hubby so I can talk him because I can't go back to bed. My dream was about my family back home. I knew that it was only a dream but my worries did not stop so I am online right now, hopping that my sister is online so I can talk to her and share to her about what my dream says. My dream kind'a scary because a relative throw big rocks to our house while my whole family were inside the house and put them to fire and that wakes me up and my heart beat was so fast. I knew it was just a dream, but I always pray that God will protect my family all the time, that He will not allow something bad will happen to them. 'sigh'

What people have thought for years was a curse and what we thought no good could come of is now becoming a medical miracle. C'elle Stem Cell Research Innovation have taken the worse part of the month for women and turn it into a new chance of life.
C'elle's exclusive and revolutionary service provides women with the unique opportunity to collect and preserve vital stem cells that can be harvested from the body's menstrual fluid during the menstrual cycle. These menstrual stem cells are unique because they have many properties and characteristics similar to both bone marrow and embryonic stem cells; they multiply rapidly and can differentiate into many other types of stem cells such as neural, cardiac, bone, fat, cartilage and possibly others; demonstrating great promise for future use in clinical regenerative medical therapies.
This is how the process works, the C'elle kit includes easy-to-follow instructions and everything required for the non-invasive collection and transport of the specimen to our state-of-the-art laboratory for processing, isolation and cryo-preservation. During the process of cryo-preservation, menstrual stem cells are literally "frozen in time" which enables these abundant stem cells to retain their potency and viability for an indefinite period of time–possibly even decades.
In order to learn more about the stem cell research please watch C'elle Client Testimonial for a better understanding of the process and how it benefits you, your family and the future.

If ever you have a favorite music and you want to hear that over and over again, you can do an
iTunes tagging ,like when you hear a song you like on your local FM HD Radio station, you simply hit the “tag” button. The song info will be saved from your HD Radio receiver to your iPod. What if the United States began charging for the legal right to immigrate? Nobel Laureate Gary Becker (University of Chicago, Graduate School of Business) came up with the idea. Becker's not trying to eject illegal workers; in fact, he said, they could pay to stay. The idea is to upend the existing black market that exacts a high price for illegal immigrants -- some who pay with their lives.

This is an exerpt of an article by Caroline Bollinger of Prevention
Ready to start an exercise program? Just making the commitment is an amazing first step. To ensure success, here are seven surprisingly simple, research-backed strategies that can help you overcome the most common roadblocks to weight loss. They'll motivate you through the ups and downs of any new workout routine, so you'll stick to it and reach all your fitness goals.
1. Learn what "build slowly" means
Be realistic about your abilities. Experts say to progress gradually, but most of us don't know how to translate that into real-life terms — especially those who used to be active but have gotten out of the habit.
2. Keep an activity log
Hands down, lack of time is the number one reason we struggle to keep exercising. Yet studies find we may have more time than we think.
3. Prepare for post-workout hunger
Exercise can boost metabolism for a few hours, but burning more calories can increase your appetite. To avoid the munchies after exercising (and eating back the calories you just burned), try to schedule workouts so that you have a meal within an hour afterward.
4. Be alert to prime drop-out time
About half of new exercisers quit in the first few months, research has found. But support, either one-on-one or in a group, can keep your momentum going. "Getting help specific to your particular issues is key," says Fernstrom.
5. Take breaks
Missed a workout? Don't worry: Your waistline won't notice. Brown University scientists found that people on a 14-week weight loss program who took occasional breaks from working out lost an average of 7 pounds — about the same amount as those who never missed a day. "Just pick up again as soon as you can," says Fernstrom. In the long run, it's the habit, not the individual days that matter.
6. Splurge — then get up and move
One date with a pint (or even two) of ice cream won't doom your weight loss unless you let guilt keep you off track. In fact, French researchers discovered that obese exercisers who bicycled for 45 minutes 3 hours after a high-fat meal metabolized more stored belly fat than those who cycled on an empty stomach.
7. Put the treadmill in a pretty room
If a workout bores you, don't do it. "Research shows that if you enjoy an exercise, you'll stay with it, so keep trying activities until you find something you like," suggests White. Or jazz up a ho-hum workout with music or audiobooks. Just don't try to exercise in some dark, dreary corner of the house.

If you are experiencing athritis pain, here are the techniques on how to manage them..
7 techniques to manage rheumatoid arthritis pain
Step 1: Move each joint through its full pain-free range of motion at least once a day
This will help you maintain freedom of motion in your joints. The amount you're able to move each joint without rheumatoid arthritis pain may vary from day to day — take care not to overdo it. Keep movements slow and gentle — sudden jerking or bouncing can hurt your joints.
Step 2: Learn to understand and respect your rheumatoid arthritis pain
Understand the difference between the general discomfort of rheumatoid arthritis and the pain from overusing a joint. By noting the activity that stressed a joint, you can avoid repeating that movement. Pain that lasts more than an hour after an activity may indicate that the activity was too stressful. Think of ways that you can modify the action. Remember that you're more likely to damage your joints when they're painful and swollen.
Step 3: Be careful how you use your hands
You use your fingers in many day-to-day activities. Stressful positions and techniques may increase the risk of pain. You can perform most tasks in easier ways that put less deforming forces on your joints.
*Avoid positions that push your other fingers toward your little finger. For instance, avoid tasks that require forceful or prolonged gripping or pinching. Finger motions should be in the direction of your thumb whenever possible. For example, don't brush crumbs off a table with your palm flat on the table. Instead, turn your hand so that the little finger is resting on the table and the palm is facing you. Then push the crumbs off the table.
*Avoid making a tight fist. Use tools with thick or ergonomically designed handles, which make them easier to hold.
*Avoid pinching items between your thumb and your fingers. Hold a book, plate or mug in the palms of your hands. If you're reading for long periods, use a book holder. Instead of a clutch-style purse, select one with a shoulder strap.
Step 4: Use good body mechanics
The way you position your body largely affects how much strain you put on your joints. Proper body mechanics allow you to use your body more efficiently and conserve energy.
*When you're sitting, the proper height for a work surface is 2 inches below your bent elbow. Make sure you have good back and foot support when you sit. Your forearms and upper legs should be well supported, resting level with the floor.
*If you type at a keyboard for long periods and your chair doesn't have arms, consider using wrist or forearm supports. An angled work surface for reading and writing is easier on your neck.
*When you're standing, the height of your work surface should enable you to work comfortably without stooping.
*Increase the height of your chair to decrease stress on your hips and knees as you get up and down.
*To pick up items from the floor, stoop by bending your knees and hips. Or sit in a chair and bend over.
*Carry heavy objects close to your chest, supporting the weight on your forearms.
*Maintain good posture. Poor posture causes uneven weight distribution and may strain your ligaments and muscles.
Step 5: Use the strongest joint available for the job
Save your weaker joints for the specific jobs that only they can accomplish. Throughout the day, favor large joints. For example, carry objects with your palm open, distributing the weight equally over your forearm. Slide objects along a counter or workbench rather than lifting them. When opening cabinets or heavy doors, use a loop that you can pull with your wrist or forearm to decrease stress on your fingers.
Step 6: Avoid keeping your joints in the same position for a prolonged period of time
Don't give your joints the chance to become stiff — keep them moving. When writing or doing handwork, release your grip every 10 to 15 minutes, or when your hand feels fatigued. On long car trips, get out of the car, stretch and move around at least every hour. While watching television, get up and move around every half-hour.
Step 7: Balance periods of rest and activity during the day
Effectively managing your workload throughout the day can help you avoid overworked joints. Work at a steady, moderate pace and avoid rushing. Rest before you become fatigued or sore. Alternate light and moderate activities throughout the day. And take periodic stretch breaks.

We all know that gas prices are so high and people are looking for places where they can find a cheaper gas. Others have to drive to other town to look for cheaper gas just to save money. But now that there's a free online tool where we can search what gasoline station has the cheaper gas price that would make us easier. GasEdge.com, is a free site which was recently launched to help consumers decide if going to other town for cheaper gas station can really save them money. This website is an easy tool to use which just requires few details like price gas and the distance for cheaper station.
So if you are the one that likes to drive to neighborhood town for cheaper gas , you need to check this website and see what you think. But, I'm sure you would love this tool.
Saddle River, NJ June 13 2008 -- GasEdge.com launched today, a free site dedicated to helping consumers decide if the trip across town to a cheaper gas station will actually save them money. This tool is easy to use and only requires that you enter a few details such as the price of gas and distance to the cheaper station.
With the price of gas now over $4.00 in most places, the decision as to where you purchase your gas is becoming more important every day. With this new tool from www.GasEdge.com, consumers now have the information needed to make the right decisions on where to buy gas, while saving the most money possible.
In addition to the gas calculator, www.GasEdge.com also contains a wealth of information and tips on how to save gas and increase gas mileage. The site also has a real time feed which constantly updates the average prices per gallon by state. More information is being added all the time.
GasEdge.com is the creation of Mark Roth. Mr. Roth lives on the border of New York and New Jersey. “There is a big difference in price between NY and NJ, and I noticed many NY drivers lining up at the cheaper NJ gas stations. That got me wondering if it was really worth the trip, going out of your way to buy cheaper gas. That’s when I came up with the idea for the calculator.” said Mr. Roth.

Scientists note that sleeping and eating are probably connected, given the discovery of a link between lack of sleep and weight gain. Getting plenty of sleep may be a helpful substitute for nighttime trips to the refrigerator. Until more is known about night eating syndrome, it's probably best to take a broad approach to treatment.
*See your doctor for a complete physical evaluation of the problem.
*An evaluation by a mental health professional is a good idea to determine whether or not there is another mental disorder at the root of the eating problem.
*Get treated for any underlying mental health problems, such as depression or anxiety. Treatment can help improve eating patterns and the chances of getting to sleep earlier.
*Preliminary studies indicate that the anticonvulsant topiramate (Topamax) or an SSRI antidepressant, such as sertraline (Zoloft), may help.
*See a dietitian about how to better pace meals throughout the day, which might help break the cycle of late-night eating.
*Case reports indicate that some people can improve their eating patterns by being mindful of the problem and by trying to identify its triggers.
*Stress-reduction techniques may help avert trips to the refrigerator.

I am sure you have heard already that eating at midnight before going to bed will give you a chance to gain weight. But the occasional late-night snack is nothing to worry about according to the Harvard Health Publication. But nightly bingeing merits a closer look.
Here are two types of Nighttime Eating Disorders
*Sleep-related eating syndrome is a highly-publicized malady, though it's not clear how common it is. People with this problem eat while sleepwalking, or while in a twilight state between sleep and wakefulness. They generally aren't conscious of what they're doing, so they may wake up to find the bed littered with candy wrappers — with no memory of consuming the candy.
*A better-documented problem is night eating syndrome, in which people do the majority of their eating late at night. Night eaters tend to become more depressed during the evening.
It's not clear what causes night eating syndrome and why it is associated with depression or addiction. One theory is that night eating syndrome involves a disruption in the hormones that regulate sleep, appetite or mood. Because late-night snacking usually involves carbohydrate-rich "comfort" foods, this theory holds that night eating syndrome is a form of self-medication.

People make many excuses of not to have lasik surgery because they could not afford the surgery , but keep saying one day I may have it at Lasik in Walnut Creek. It is odd right? ,why keep saying and telling everyone they don't want a surgery but at the end they'll have it.
That's because after they realized that it is worth having a surgery than keep buying those contact lenses, new eyeglasses and it is also expensive to have their eye examination done and their insurance covers limited visits only. So, having lasik surgery is a right decision you can make if you have eye problem.

Here's another survey from dneero. From the new hammer ruler which I think it's very cool to have one at the the same time, to the issue of gas prices which I think, it is very rediculous to pay more than $4 and to the issue of tax or no tax which other think it is a way to immediately deal with high gasoline prices in the U.S.
Do you have something to share about the issue? if so, please take the survey here and raise question if you want to know.

I was off last night and tonight also, so I got up from bed around 7:30am the time hubby got home too. Then, I check my emails and blogs right away..then took a shower afterwards. After shower, was able to grabbed some task from triple P so I made a post about the campaigns then I was done. I did a general cleaning here in our house. I usually do my general cleaning every time I am off from work. I did the laundry, washed the sheets, while waiting to dry, was doing some dusting and vacuuming with a background music and that feels relaxing. I was done about 5pm then back to blogging again, while watching Entertainment News. Tomorrow night I'll be back to work and I won't get another day off until next week, that's why I did some general cleaning here. Hubby is at work right now and as usual, I am by myself here unless we have the same night off. But oh well that's how life is, we have to work to survive.
