Ways to Soothe Sunburn

It's hot and humid outside and maybe you skipped the sunscreen because you didn’t think you’d be outside for very long, or perhaps you forgot to reapply after a dip in the pool. My husband is one them, he likes to stay outside, doing yardwork shirtless. Earlier today I touched his back and it's red. I asked him if it's burning him because it's red but he said no, so fine. But, he decided to apply sunscreen since he has to finish his yardwork and it's so hot.
According to what I've read. If you forgot to put sunscreen, and to stop the pain , Soak a clean cloth in cool milk and apply it to the burned area for 20 minutes. Make sure you use whole milk; the fat content is what’s soothing. Reapply every two to four hours. To repair the damage of your skin due to sunburn,it is always best to drink plenty of waters from dehydration because it is a serious effect of sunburn.
