World's Smallest Car

British constructor Perry Watkins sits in his 'Wind Up' mini car on a street Essen, Germany, Monday, Nov. 8, 2010. It was listed in the Guiness Book of World Records as the World Smallest Car with license to drive on public streets. The mini car was reported to have a measurement of 41 inches high, 51 inches long and 26 inches wide. It has a 150CC cart engine.
