"Fold-Up Car"

I saw this car at yahoo this morning. I thought the "Smart" car was the smallest one they could only think but this "Fold-up car" of the future is a tiny car designed in Spain. They called it "Hiriko," the Basque word for "urban,"a two-seater with no doors whose motor is located in the wheels and which folds up like a child's collapsible buggy, or stroller, for easy parking.
